Oriana Dalton (Interim Executive Headteacher)

Oriana has been asked to come and support the school in addressing some of the concerns raised in our recent Ofsted report.

Oriana is the Executive Headteacher at the Trumpington Federation and brings a wealth of experience to our own federation.

Nathan Clark (Acting Head of School)

Nathan joined the school in September 2015. He taught Oak, our Year 5/6 class for three years before taking on the role of Acting Head of School, following the retirement of our previous headeacher.

He enjoys teaching all subjects, but particularly likes teaching maths, ICT and PE. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and playing football, cricket, and golf. He also plays the trumpet, piano and drums and is an active Christian.

Nathan runs the Dodgeball Club on Wednesdays.

Julia Clements-Davey (Key Stage 1 Leader)


Julia joined us in 2009 and currently teaches a Year 2 class. She enjoys teaching all subjects but particularly likes teaching maths and English.  After school, Julia runs the Computer Club, and in the Spring and Summer months, Gardening Club.  

In her spare time, Julia enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as looking after her adorable cat, Willow.

Harvey Bailey (Interim Key Stage 2 Leader)

Harvey joined the school in January 2014 and teaches a mixed year 3/4 class.  He enjoys teaching maths and ICT but his favourite lessons are science and PE due to his passion for football and tennis.

In his spare time he enjoys playing football, ice skating, video editing and listening to music.

Karrie Childs

Karrie is our Year 1 teacher who also is the literacy co-ordinator at school. She has been at Oakington Primary since 2014 and has taught both Reception and  Early Years children. Karrie enjoys travelling and weight lifting in her spare time.

 

Sarah Ryan

Sarah Ryan joined us in 2009 as Reception Teacher and she now works part time. She enjoys teaching most subjects but she loves teaching outside.  She has a Forest School qualification and through this the reception class spend one session a week learning in the local woods and the school's nature reserve. She also enjoys lessons that are creative, arty and messy - ideal for reception.  After school she takes the running club.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys running and swimming, arts and crafts, and spending time with her friends.

Davinia Fisher

 Davinia joined the school in January 2015 and teaches music and RE. She is an experienced teacher of all subjects but particularly enjoys English,music and drama. She runs the school choir and leads a weekly whole school singing assembly as well as putting on school productions. 

In her spare time Davinia is an active performer herself in Cambridge and performs in many musicals. She also enjoys spending time with her family ,playing the saxophone ,keeping fit and is training for the London Marathon Moonwalk! 

 

Tizzy Faller

Tizzy joined us in September 2015 as part- time teacher in Acorn Class. She enjoys teaching music, RE and also has a passion for creative teaching.

Miss Faller is an active Christian and enjoys travelling or spending time with her family when not at school.

Julian Gabe

Mr Gabe joined our school in September 2018 and teaches Chestnut, our Year 4/5 class.
